Note: Country House raced twice as a 2-year-old at Belmont and Aqueduct, finishing 2nd once. He broke his maiden in his 2019 debut at Gulfstream Park. He shipped to the Fair Grounds to finish 2nd in the Risen Star (G2) and 4th in the Louisiana Derby (G2). He went to Oaklawn to finish 3rd in the Arkansas Derby (G1) for his final prep. In the Kentucky Derby (G1) he finished 2nd beaten 1 3/4 lengths at odds of 65-1, but was moved up to win when Maximum Security was disqualified. He is the second longest shot to win the Roses (after Donerail won in 1913 at 91-1).
