Note: Tax broke his maiden in his second start last year at Keeneland then shipped to Aqueduct to finish third in the Remsen Stakes (G2). He made his 2019 debut winning the Withers Stakes (G3) at Aqueduct and followed up with a second in the Wood Memorial (G2) for his final prep. In the Kentucky Derby (G1) he finished 15th (moved up to 14th) beaten 15 lengths at odds of 35-1.
