Note: Epic Ride finished second in a maiden special weight at Turfway in his only start as a 2-year-old. He made his 2024 debut winning a maiden special weight at Turfway, then won the Leonatus Stakes, and was second in the John Battaglia Memorial Stakes. He shipped to Keeneland to finish third in the Blue Grass Stakes (G1) for his final prep. In the Kentucky Derby he drew in as the first also-eligible and finished 14th beaten 23 3/4 lengths at odds of 47-1.
