2022 Triple Crown Late Nominations

Seven 3-year-old Thoroughbreds were made eligible to compete in the 2022 Triple Crown with a late nomination fee of $3,000 that was due Monday March 28. This makes a total of 321 horses eligible to compete in the 2022 Triple Crown races, including the early nominations.

- Azure Coast (Vladimir Kazakov) (Pavel Vashchenko) - UAE 2000 Guineas winner
- Bye Bye Bobby (B4 Farms) (Todd Fincher) - Sunland Derby second place finisher
- O Captain (OGMA Investments and Jack Towell Jr) (Gustavo Delgado) - Fountain of Youth third place finisher
- Shake Em Loose (JR Sanchez Racing Stable) (Rodolfo Sanchez-Salomon) - Private Terms Stakes winner
- Skippylongstocking (Daniel Alonso) (Saffie Joseph, Jr.) - allowance winner
- Win the Day (Boat Racing, Fritz Brothers Racing and Bill Strauss) (Doug O'Neill) - maiden winner
