The Kentucky Derby returned normal this year, at its traditional spot on the calendar, the first Saturday in May, and no limit on spectators bringing 147,294 fans in attendance. Mother Nature gave us a wet and muddy Oaks but it cleared up to mostly cloudy conditions and temperature around 60 degrees for the Derby.
