Sunday morning, 6 days before the Derby and 5 before the Oaks again saw multiple horses gallop over the main track, downgraded to "good" after rains on Saturday afternoon. The fog and clouds persisted during training with temperatures in he mid 50's.

Kentucky Derby
Dynamic One jogged 1 mile under exercise rider Carlos Perez Quevedo.

Helium jogged 2 miles in company with stablemate Soup and Sandwich and then schooled in the paddock. David Carroll, assistant to trainer Mark Casse said, "They'll school in the paddock in the morning every day and on Tuesday in the afternoon. Obviously Derby Day horses can get a bit more pumped up with the big crowd, and in this year, a lot of these horses haven't seen that many people. It's practice to get them used to their surroundings and you don't want to go into this race not checking off all the boxes."

Hot Rod Charlie arrived at the barns at noon after flying in from California. Trainer Doug O'Neill was on another plane and also arrived Sunday afternoon.

Keepmeinmind jogged 2 miles after 6am under exercise rider Walter Davila. He worked a bullet 4f on Friday in 46.20.

Known Agenda galloped 1 1/4 miles under exercise rider Hector Ramos.

Medina Spirit galloped 1 3/8 miles under exercise rider Humberto Gomez. Gomez was also the exercise rider for Authentic last year and Justify in 2018. Trainer Bob Baffert arrived in Louisville Sunday evening.

Midnight Bourbon galloped 1 3/4 miles and is scheduled to have a timed work on Monday. Trainer Steve Asmussen said, "I'm going to look at the racetrack this afternoon. I thought it was a little heavy (this morning) after the first drag, so if it's still that moist I'll probably go first thing."

O Besos galloped 1 mile under exercise rider Margarito Fierro. Trainer Greg Foley said, "Less than one week out we're doing pretty well. He's a horse that will be ready to make his most serious run at the top of the lane."

Rock Your World arrived at the barns at noon after flying in from California.

Kentucky Oaks
Adventuring is no longer listed as a probable for the Oaks for trainer Brad Cox. She comes here off a win in the Bourbonette Oaks at Turfway Park.

Ava's Grace jogged 2 miles under exercise rider Walter Davila. It was her first gallop on the track since her 4f work in 49.20 on Friday under jockey David Cohen. Trainer Robertino Diodoro will be at the barn on Monday.

Beautiful Gift is no longer listed as a probable for the Oaks but was shipped to Churchill from trainer Bob Baffert's Santa Anita base. She comes here off her 2nd place finish in the Santa Anita Oaks (G2).

Clairiere worked 4f in 49.60 under exercise rider Angel Garcia, out 5f in 1:03.40. She worked immediately after stablemate Pauline's Pearl.

Competitive Speed had a leisurely 1 1/2 mile galop under exercise rider Anthony Gallo. It was her first gallop since working 5f in 1:02.40 on Friday.

Pauline's Pearl worked 4f in 50.60 under exercise rider Wilson Fabian. Trainer Steve Asmussen said, "We're ecstatic. Pauline's Pearl went first and my first words to Wilson were 'How did she go?' and he said 'Beautiful.' Both are regular riders of the horses so they are good measures and extremely familiar with them."

Travel Column jogged once around at 7:30am in company with stablemate Coach. Trainer Brad Cox said, "Both fillies bounced out of their work in good shape and we're ready for Friday," Cox said. "Hopefully we get a favorable draw and we'll take our tactics from there."
