Note:   Two Phil's broke his maiden at second asking at Colonial Downs before winning the Shakopee Juvenile Stakes at Canterbury Park. Shipping to Kentucky he was seventh in the Breeders' Futurity (G1) before winning the Street Sense Stakes (G3). Moving to the Fair Grounds he was second in the Lecomte (G3) and third in the Risen Star (G2). For his final prep he won the Jeff Ruby Steaks (G3) at Turfway Park. Finished 2nd as the 10-1 fourth choice in the Kentucky Derby (G1) beaten 1 length.
