Unfortunately this year, the Belmont Stakes will not have a chance for a new Triple Crown winner. Here is the latest list of who will be coming to take on Kentucky Derby winner Orb and Preakness winner Oxbow in the 145th running of the $1 million Belmont Stakes (G1) on Saturday June 8. Kentucky Derby runner-up Golden Soul and third place finisher Revolutionary will be back, although the Preakness runner-up and third place, Itsmyluckyday and Mylute, are sitting this one out. As usual, there are also a few new horses joining in for the final race of the Triple Crown series.
Post time for the Belmont Stakes will be around 6pm Eastern (official time not announced yet) and it will be televised on NBC from 5pm to 6:30pm.
Below are the horses entered for the 2013 Belmont Stakes with post positions and morning line odds. Be sure to click the link on each horse's name to view full info, stats, and a photo. Free past performances are available from Belmont Park and Daily Racing Form.
