Right: The trophy presentation for the Beverly D. Her owner Martin Schwartz said, "This is my third Beverly D winner. Gorella won in 2006 and Angara won in 2005. Stacelita and (trainer) Chad Brown are both fantastic. Stacelita has been a magnificent animal since I first saw her and Chad has been a magnificent animal since I first saw him. I've had about 12 to 15 different trainers but I've got the right one now. He's Ivy League-educated, has the right training (former assistant to the late Bobby Frankel) and is as humble as I am."

Right: Stacelita in the post parade. Her jockey Ramon Dominguez said, "I had an absolutely wonderful trip. I was able to sit right off the leader. Nice and relaxed, comfortable fractions. Turning for home, once I found a seam on the rail, I had to go for it and she reached for it great."
Left: Second place finisher Dubawi Heights in the post parade. Her jockey Joel Rosario said, "She ran great. I tried to slow it down as much as I possibly could and let her go turning for home. She responded well but the winner is just so good that our best wasn't good enough today."
Right: Third place finisher River Jetez heads out to the track before the race. Her jockey Christophe Soumillon said, "The horse ran well. I wish we'd had a better position but she tried her best. I was very proud of her."
