Date: 05/30/2023
This year, the $1.5 million Belmont Stakes (G1) will not have a horse going for the Triple Crown, with Mage winning the Kentucky Derby and National Treasure winning the Preakness Stakes. Mage is going to sit out the Belmont to rest up for the Travers, but National Treasure is going to New York. Some of the Kentucky Derby horses who skipped the Preakness will be back plus there are always a few new shooters ready to try their luck. The post position draw for the 155th Belmont Stakes will be held on Tuesday June 6th at Belmont Park.
