There is lots more to do in Saratoga besides going to the races. The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, New York, has a full schedule of exciting events planned this year. Check out the schedule to make your plans now! Please note event details are subject to change; please check with the Museum for updated event information. Peb: The Art of Humor
Retrospective honoring 50 years of witty work by Thoroughbred Racing's
leading cartoonist.

Oklahoma Training Track Tours
Oklahoma Tours are scheduled for Saturdays only June 4-October 8, 2005.
During the six-week race meet, July 27-September 4, 2005, tours are
scheduled Wednesday-Sunday. The tour begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. from
the Museum parking lot. Reservations are required during non-racing
season and are strongly encouraged during the six-week meet. Space is
limited! All reservations must be received by 4:00 p.m. the day before
the tour. The cost is $10 for non-members and $5 for members. This
price includes admission to the Museum after the tour. Call

Golden Memories: Fifty Years of the Racing Hall of Fame
Celebrating the Hall of Fame's golden anniversary, this special exhibit
will feature numerous objects from the Museum's own collection.

Induction Ceremony on Monday, August 8 at the Fasig-Tipton Pavilion on
East Avenue. The event is free and open to the public.

Artist Walk and Demonstration with Christine Cancelli
Visit the Oklahoma Training Track with visual artist Christine Cancelli.
After an orientation tour, Ms. Cancelli will discuss her creative
process and will demonstrate painting techniques at the beautiful and
historic Oklahoma Training Track facility. This tour includes a walking
component. Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. All
participants must be age 10 and over. Reservations are required.

The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame is located across from
the Saratoga Race Course on Union Avenue in Saratoga Springs. Hours are
Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon
- 4:00 p.m. Hours during the Saratoga racing meet are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. daily. Programs at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame
are made possible in part with public funds from the New York State
