Bloodstock Research Information Services - This service prevents me from linking direct to sub-pages, but just click on the "Pedigree Reports" button in the menu at the top. They have a free stallion register and pay reports for stallion progeny, broodmare produce, etc.
EquineLine 2000 - This service from the Jockey Club will give you all kinds of pedigree information for all registered Thoroughbreds. This is a relatively new service and still adding on reports.
EQUIX Biomechanics - Analyzes the biomechanical efficiency of horses to help owners and trainers pick better prospects.
The Matchmaker - Pedigree analysis site that offers services as a bloodstock consultant in researching thoroughbred racehorses, broodmare and stallion analysis and sales auction research.
Weatherbys - Access data to Weatherbys' breeding and racing database including Eclipse Online Pedigrees. Requires registration and most info is not free.
