Friday afternoon was wet and cold as several horses arrived at Churchill Downs, while on Saturday morning it rained early then moved to just overcast later with temperatures in the high 40's during training hours. The main track was rated muddy and the turf course not open for use. The post position draw will be Monday evening, so check out all the entries, post positions, and morning line odds here later that night.

Trainer Mike McCarthy said, "The Indiana Derby (G3) was his breakthrough. He has a lot of confidence now and thinks he can do anything. It was no disgrace losing to McKinzie, who is probably the best 3-year-old still running."
