Note: Mo Tom broke his maiden in his first start in September at Ellis Park. He went to Keeneland next to finish third in an allowance race, then to Churchill Downs where he won the Street Sense Stakes. He finished out the year with a third place finish in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes (G2) behind Airoforce. He made his 2016 debut winning the Lecomte Stakes (G3) at the Fair Grounds then finished third in the Risen Star Stakes (G2) behind Gun Runner. He finished fourth in the Louisiana Derby (G2) for his final prep and trained up to the Kentucky Derby where he finished 8th. He skipped the Preakness to wait for the Belmont Stakes.
