Prince Ahmed bin Salman dead
The racing world was shocked Monday by the untimely death of the
head of Thoroughbred Corporation. Only weeks after winning the
Kentucky Derby and Preakness, he suffered a fatal heart attack.

Prince Ahmed Salman dies
SHELLY440 writes, "I can't believe it! I am shocked! Shocked and
saddened. Although I have never been a big fan of the Prince, he did
own my beloved Point Given. May he rest in peace." JOANNAV3 replied, "What....a.....shock! I didn't know much about him, but I was very
impressed with how he included Espinoza in all the celebrating and
congratulations after the Derby. Baffert tends to ignore the jockeys,
except for a pat or smile. The Prince almost pulled Espinoza off War
Emblem, he hugged him so hard."

Hallowed Dreams possibly retired
SHELLY440 writes, "Thank Goodness for those of you lucky people who
were fortunate enough to see her race in person. I hope that she
will be happy but I will certainly miss her." (articles posted later
