For the first time since 2008, we have the chance for Belmont Stakes to crown a new Triple Crown winner. Here is the latest list of who will be coming to take on Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner I'll Have Another in the 144th running of the $1 million Belmont Stakes (G1) on Saturday June 9. Unfortunately Kentucky Derby and Preakness runner-up Bodemeister will not be back, but quite a few others will trying to stop his quest including Kentucky Derby third place finisher Dullahan.
Post time for the Belmont Stakes will be around 6pm Eastern (official time not announced yet) and it will be televised on NBC from 5pm to 6:30pm. With the Triple Crown on the line, there may be more TV coverage added and I will update this if needed.
Below are the horses entered for the 2012 Belmont Stakes with post positions and morning line odds. Be sure to click the link on each horse's name to view full info, stats, and a photo. Free past performances are available from Daily Racing Form.
